Clarifications/Corrections

Clarification 1:

Section II.d. requests “a current schedule of fees for all individuals…to include all direct and indirect labor expenses and transportation fee mark-ups” while Section IV.A. requests “costs of radon testing services”. Could UCPCOG please provide clarification on whether they are looking for a per project lump sum cost for radon testing or if they would prefer that respondents provide an hourly fee schedule?

A per project lump sum would not be as helpful in this case because the total cost would depend on where the site is located and how many trips would be required, so we are more interested in the hourly fee schedule and any other information you can provide about how radon testing services are typically priced.  As radon testing needs arise in the future, we will ask the selected contractor to provide a lump sum cost based on the hourly rates/transportation fee markups, etc after all other project details are available.  No lump sum cost is required in your statement of qualifications.
